Group Classes to Improve Athleticism and Fitness

F.A.S.T. offers group classes that are ideal for weekend warriors, stay-at-home moms, or people trying to lose a few pounds, live healthier and become more active. These group sessions are a fun way to get a little exercise, improve your skills and do so in a non-threating, welcoming environment.

TRX Classes

F.A.S.T. offers a variety of classes carefully designed to match your fitness and TRX experience level. Originally developed for the U.S. Navy SEALS, TRX leverages your own body weight to exercise your muscles. Our staff will help you build power, strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, all at your own personal intensity. This program is taught in small or large groups.

Male and Female Boot Camps

We provide gender specific high-intensity training programs for people who want to challenge their physical limits and push beyond their everyday workout regimen. Our Boot Camp programs are fast-paced resistance training and cardio programs led by certified instructors, designed to test your physical and mental limits with innovative routines intended to boost your fitness level.

Speed, Agility, Quickness: F.A.S.T. has classes designed to develop speed, agility and quickness – the cornerstones of athletic performance. Linear speed is important, but the ability to change direction is quite possibly more important than flat out speed. Speed development and enhancement is a careful balance and combination of strength training, sport training, skill training, and speed and agility training. Our Speed, Agility and Quickness classes will help you improve at your sport(s) of choice.

Jump Training: While it may be true that genetics plays a considerable role in an individual’s capacity for peak power, F.A.S.T. can specifically train you to markedly increase your vertical jump power. Our program includes functional sport specific strength training of the legs, core and upper body, plyometric training and the correct biomechanics of jumping and landing.
